After 20 years of working in hospitality, we decided to pursue our dream of running our own business. With a passion to showcase great Italian food, and drive to create something special, in 2016 we took a leap of faith and made our dream a reality.

Our little street food business was born, & we spent our summers traveling around South Wales in our converted food truck, serving authentic Italian street food, inspired by recipes from Southern Italy.

In March 2020 we were ready to begin our forth season of busy events & weddings, when the global pandemic hit & all events were cancelled.

Using our food truck as a pizzeria we began serving our Pizza Romana to our local community

Two years later, we opened our first take-away Pizzeria on Whitchurch Road.

The support we have received from the local community has been unbelievable and we would like to thank all of our customers. It wasn't the year we had planned, but it turned out to be the year we will never forget. We are thankful to say, this is just the beginning for us. Grazie mille.
